What It Does

After every meeting, this automation takes the recording or transcript, runs it through AI, and produces a clean summary with action items, owners, and deadlines — posted directly to your Slack channel or Notion.

How It Works

  1. Trigger: A meeting recording finishes in Zoom / Google Meet (or you paste a transcript)
  2. Step 1: The audio is transcribed (if not already) using Whisper or a transcription API
  3. Step 2: The transcript is sent to Claude / OpenAI with a structured prompt:
    • "Summarise this meeting in 5 bullet points"
    • "Extract all action items with owner names and deadlines"
    • "List any decisions that were made"
  4. Step 3: The formatted summary is posted to the relevant Slack channel
  5. Step 4: Action items are created as tasks in Notion / Asana with assignees and due dates
