Automated Google Review Request After Purchase
OtherMarketingFreeBeginner
What It Does
After a customer makes a purchase or completes a service, this automation waits a few days and then sends a friendly email or WhatsApp message asking them to leave a Google review — with a direct link that opens the review form.
How It Works
- Trigger: Order marked as "delivered" or service marked as "completed"
- Step 1: A 3-day delay is applied (configurable) to give the customer time to use the product
- Step 2: A personalised message is sent via email or WhatsApp:
- "Hi [Name], we hope you're enjoying [product/service]! Would you mind leaving us a quick Google review? It takes 30 seconds and means the world to us. [Direct link]"
- Step 3: If no review is detected after 7 days, a gentle one-time follow-up is sent
- Step 4: Every review request and response is logged for tracking
Why It Matters
Google reviews directly impact your local SEO ranking and customer trust. Businesses that actively request reviews get 3.5x more reviews than those that don't. But manually texting every customer is impractical — this automates the ask.
Who Is This For?
- Local businesses (restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms)
- E-commerce brands that want more social proof
- Service providers (consultants, agencies, contractors)
