There's a category of work in every business that nobody enjoys but everyone does anyway copy-pasting data between tools, sending the same update to three different places, manually generating reports that could run themselves.

We find that work and automate it.

What we build

This is the broad category. If you have a repetitive process and you can describe what happens step by step, we can almost certainly automate it. Some common ones:

• Lead capture from website, ads, or forms → auto-added to your CRM or Google Sheets with follow-up triggered
• Data syncing between tools that don't talk to each other natively
• Automated reporting daily, weekly, or on-demand sent to your email or WhatsApp
• Invoice generation and dispatch workflows
• Internal approval flows and notifications
• AI-powered processing summarising documents, categorising entries, generating drafts
• Recruitment and HR workflows (offer letters, onboarding steps, reminders)
• E-commerce order management and post-purchase sequences

How we work

We start by understanding what your current process looks like manually or otherwise. Then we design the automation, build it (usually in n8n, self-hosted on your infrastructure), test it thoroughly, and hand it over with documentation.

If something breaks three months later, you're not starting from scratch you have docs and you have us.

What tools we use

n8n is our primary tool it's self-hosted, which means your data doesn't pass through any third-party servers. We also work with Make.com and Zapier when the situation calls for it, and we integrate with OpenAI, Claude, Supabase, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and most tools that have an API.

Pricing

Projects start at ₹15,000. Most single-workflow builds fall in the ₹15,000–₹40,000 range depending on complexity. Multi-workflow systems and ongoing retainers are scoped separately.
